Order Acknowledgements
Customer acknowledges and understands that the products on the Beatnik Boutique website are hemp-derived and laboratory-created products that contain cannabinoids. This includes CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), as well as myriad other minor cannabinoids, terpenes, isomers, salts, and other naturally occurring and formulaically added ingredients.
The customer further acknowledges that the FDA has not evaluated any products offered by Beatnik Boutique and that Beatnik Boutique makes no warranties or representations about the efficacy of these products in the treatment of any medical condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer to discuss with their doctor or employer their individual risks of using any cannabinoids.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine whether or not it is legal in their locale and safe for them personally to consume these products. As an example, if a customer ingests a full spectrum product sold by Beatnik Boutique containing psychoactive components and is involved in an accident of any type, or fails a drug test of any type, the customer accepts full responsibility for any legal liabilities or impacts resulting from any of the above, or for any other reason.
Customer understands that Beatnik Boutique provides third-party potency and safety testing as a courtesy to our customers. Beatnik Boutique can make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of any Certificate of Analysis results posted on this website. The third-party labs utilized by the original manufacturers maintain their own certifications and registrations and are solely responsible for their testing and analysis of any items sold through Beatnik Boutique. The customer understands that all test results posted on this website have a potential margin of error of up to 10%.
Customer, by acknowledging this policy, fully indemnifies Beatnik Boutique, and any Beatnik Boutique associated entity, of any and all liabilities of any type.
Order Requirements
Customer is responsible for correctly entering all personal, shipping, and payment information into the Beatnik Boutique order page(s). This includes name, billing/shipping address, email address, product selections, agreement to terms, policies, and selection of any available options. Should the customer incorrectly enter any of the above information, it will be the responsibility of the customer to notify Beatnik Boutique promptly. If additional expense is involved in correcting the information or fulfilling any associated order, that expense will be solely borne by the customer.
No Returns
Beatnik Boutique cannot accept the return of any product that has left the production facility as we cannot return the product to inventory or resell it. Therefore, Beatnik Boutique maintains a zero return policy.
No Cancellations
Beatnik Boutique cannot cancel an order once it is placed and payment is confirmed/accepted.
No Exchanges
Beatnik Boutique cannot offer exchanges of products that have left the production facility. If the customer wishes to exchange a product before the order is shipped, Beatnik Boutique, at Beatnik Boutique’s sole discretion, may offer to switch the products for other products of equal value. No partial refunds can be offered for this service.
No Refunds
Once payment for an order is accepted, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part.
No Implied Warranty or Guarantee
Beatnik Boutique is prevented by our insurers and merchant services providers from offering any implied warranty or satisfaction guarantee on any product. See below for options for Defective or Damaged Products.
Defective Products
Defective products are products that have manufacturing flaws and cannot be used for their intended purpose. Beatnik Boutique will replace any defective products once the products are determined by Beatnik Boutique to be defective. Beatnik Boutique may request proof, including pictures, statements, or return of the product for inspection of any defective products prior to shipping replacement products.
Damaged Products
Products that are packed and shipped by the manufacturer leave their facility appropriately packaged to ensure reasonable safety, security, and product integrity. Beatnik Boutique has no control over the state of the products once they are handed off to the carrier. If the product package and/or contents arrive damaged at the customer’s receiving address, the customer should contact the carrier to discuss a resolution. Customers may contact Beatnik Boutique to discuss damaged products. Beatnik Boutique may request proof, including pictures, statements, or return of the product for inspection of any damaged products to help determine the best path to resolution.
Shipping Costs
Beatnik Boutique offers free shipping or ‘shipping included’ for orders over $60. This service is provided only on the initial consumer product order and not on subsequent shipping to resolve any issues. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges in any dispute resolution.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure to carefully check the address entered before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost/stolen products if an incorrect address was entered at the time of purchase. Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address will NOT be resent unless the original package is returned to us unopened and undamaged, and additional shipping (and possibly product replacement) fees are paid to Beatnik Boutique.
Return Instructions
All return packages must be processed by contacting Beatnik Boutique via email or phone to help ensure proper response time. Beatnik Boutique is not responsible for items sent to us without notification. Beatnik Boutique reserves the right to refuse or deny any returned item.
